I started exploring meditation and mind-body work in college in the late 1990s; however, it wasn’t until my early 30s that I came to realize the importance and impact of having a consistent daily sitting practice and reconnecting with my body.

The capacities in which we find ourselves at home, at school, at work, and out in the world can make it easy to get lost and forget our connection to our true nature. Meditation and mind-body work can help us remember our way home.

After many years of study, personal practice, and teaching these practices to people of all ages within both public and private sectors, I founded ofmud+sky (formerly mudandskycollective) in 2017.
